The schedule was posted on paper in the cafeteria. Changes were crossed out with pen. Employees called the planner to ask when they had to work. Swapping was done through informal agreements that were not recorded.

Submit Availability
Employees submit their availability in the app. The planner sees this immediately and takes it into account when creating the schedule.
Time Tracking
Worked hours are automatically calculated based on the schedule. Overtime and deviations are immediately visible to manager and employee.
