Inspectors worked with paper checklists on construction sites without internet connection. Forms got damaged or lost. Photos were taken separately and manually linked later. Writing reports took hours at the office.
Inspection app that works everywhere
A mobile app with SQLite as local database. Inspectors fill out checklists, take photos and record deviations. Everything works without internet. As soon as there is connection, data syncs to the server and the system automatically generates a PDF report.
From construction site to report
Digital Checklists
Inspection forms with yes/no questions, free text fields and mandatory sections. Checklists are configurable per inspection type by the administrator.
Offline Mode
The app stores everything locally via SQLite. Inspectors continue working without internet connection. Upon recovery, data automatically syncs with the server.
Photo Support
Take photos directly from the checklist. Photos are linked to the specific inspection item. Notes on the photo provide extra context.
Reporting and Export
Afterwards the app generates a PDF report with all findings and photos. Reports are automatically sent to the client.
Location Tracking
GPS records the inspection location. On the map you can see where each inspection took place. Useful for audits and feedback.
Deviation Management
When a deviation occurs, the inspector records severity, photo and action. The app tracks open deviations and sends reminders for follow-up.
