Document & Task system

A core module that allowed document administrators to create, review, and approve documents in a secure and organized manner. This system streamlined the creation and collaboration process by supporting multi-worker tasks, document versioning, and a rejection management system.

Ticket management

The intranet’s ticket system empowered hospital staff to raise service requests or report issues via customized forms. Automated routing, ticket forwarding, and performance reporting ensured timely resolution and visibility into service requests.

Patient information module

Patient-related documents were securely stored and organized by department, enabling easy access for authorized staff members while maintaining data privacy.

News & Agenda system

This functionality allowed hospital departments to keep employees updated on relevant news, events, and training sessions through a user-friendly dashboard. The system also supported event registration and management for staff.

Live chat & knowledge base

The real-time chat feature fostered seamless communication among staff, while the knowledge base served as a central repository for hospital policies and procedures, organized in a searchable format.
