Overview

Excellent Care Clinics, situated in Velsen-Noord, Netherlands, focuses on pain treatment. The application collects answers from patients to questions posed by doctors. It compiles this data into daily and weekly reports for healthcare staff. The app provides important insights regarding medications.

Objectives

The medical center requested DSTRCT GROUP to create a mobile app for Android and iOS, featuring an admin dashboard. This app aims to improve communication between doctors and clinical trial participants. After the app launched successfully, Excellent Care Clinics broadened the survey to allow all patients to provide feedback on surgeries and treatments.

Solutions

Our team at DSTRCT Media developed an application for Excellent Care Clinics that aligns perfectly with their specifications. We utilized React Native to create a solution for both Android and iOS platforms. For backend development, we implemented Node.js, stored data in MySQL, and used AWS for hosting. Additionally, we created a tailored analytics dashboard with a PHP panel for administrators to monitor patient statistics and gather insights from their responses in the app. The app is designed to be user-friendly, allowing patients to navigate questions easily and provide feedback in less than five minutes daily. Reminders within the app encourage users to respond each day. Our UI/UX Designers achieved a great balance between functionality and aesthetics, making the app accessible to all users.
